Prescriptions, bills and reminders on your patients’ WhatsApp
Each clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number to Kraft Clinic in a few minutes. After that, patients receive their prescription, their bill and appointment reminders on WhatsApp, sent from the clinic’s own number and name. Messages are sent only when clinic staff click “Send on WhatsApp” for a specific patient.
Each message carries a private link to the patient’s own document that expires after 30 days. Patients can reply STOP at any time, and the clinic stops messaging them. Kraft Media is a Verified Tech Provider for Meta and manages this WhatsApp connection on each clinic’s behalf.
